Do you offer Remedial Massage services and private health rebates?
No. However if you wish to receive those services from me, you can book an appointment with me at Life Force Health Solutions in Golden Grove or Rejuvenation Gypsy at Tea Tree Gully, where you can claim your private health rebates.
Do you see male clients?
Unfortunately no. This private studio is for female clients only. I will see male clients at the other clinics I work at listed in the above question.
Is there parking?
Yes, and it's free. Being a home clinic, there is street parking, and also access to use the home driveway for more secure parking.

Area you products safe on sensitive skin?
Most of our products are versatile for most skin types, however, we have substitutions for highly sensitive skin. Please discuss your skin type or any issues you or your guests may have upon booking.
Terms & Conditions
Payment & Booking Fee
A deposit of $50.00 is required to secure and reserve your treatment date.
Your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
You are advised to pay your booking fee as soon as possible as quotation or discussion of your required date does not automatically secure your date. Bookings will not be valid until proof of paid booking fee has been paid.
Balance of payment owing is required in full on the day of your booking, unless otherwise discussed between yourself and the therapist.
In the instance that your appointment is postponed in its entirety resulting from, but not limited to acts of god, flooding, cyclone, earthquake, etc, the therapist is entitled to retain the booking fee to cover the costs of delivering administration. And, while every attempt to accommodate the new proposed date will be made, the therapist is not required to refund booking fees.
Changes to Your Booking
Once your booking has been accepted and confirmed by payment of your deposit fee, if your booking party numbers decreases, you must give the therapist 7 days notice. Party guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event and full payment of your revised booking number must be made, though you are welcome to find a substitution for your booking shortfall.
Minimum numbers may apply to some bookings, should your booking be for less, you may be required to pay the minimum booking amount.

Payment of your deposit means you have understood and accept my terms and conditions.
Other
You must advise the therapist of possible allergies or skin sensitivities to certain products or their ingredients. (see client assessment form) No liability is accepted by the therapist arising from allergic reactions or personal injury arising from consenting the use of the products offered in my skin care range. Failure to advise of allergies or skin sensitivities to certain products or ingredients may result in refusal of service.
Service may be refused should you fail to advise of conditions for you or your booking such as, but not limited to conjunctivitis, flu, the common cold, school sores (scabies), cold sores (herpes simplex virus), head lice, and skin infections, or any other contagious/infectious conditions. No refunds will be offered in these instances.
In the instance of workplace restrictions that include but are not limited to global pandemics, ie Co-VID19/Corona virus, where the therapist is forbidden to work due to government restrictions or legislation, payment of the booking fee is required and will be retained to cover administration charges. If your booking is moved to a date where the therapist is unavailable, booking fees will be retained as this is not the fault of the therapist.
In the event the therapist is too ill or tragic circumstances prevent the therapist from attending your booking a full refund will be issued or moved to a suitable time both parties are available.
For health and safety reasons the therapist requires a cigarette smoke and vape free environment in which to work. The therapist reserves the right to stop work if they believe the client is inebriated or otherwise under the influence both for the therapist and client's safety.
The therapist reserves the right to cancel your agreement at any time for any reason and retain your payment and all expenses, if it is due to clients’ and/or client representative's behaviour, actions or inactions. This includes the day of your booking. Aggressive, abusive, rude, discriminatory and/or obnoxious behaviour will not be tolerated towards any Head to Toe - Wellness Spa vendors or subcontractors.
Payment of your booking fee acknowledges you, the client, has read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions in full.
